Welcome to Technology! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Noelle Horbaczewski and I will be the Technology Integration Specialist for Lee R. Foster Elementary for the 2021-2022 school year.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Western Illinois University in 2004. I am certified through the state of Illinois to teach self-contained general education for grades K-9. I also hold endorsements to teach Computer Applications, Science, Social Science, and Language Arts at the middle school level. I obtained my first Master’s degree in Teaching and Leadership from Saint Xavier University in 2008. I obtained my second Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University in 2016. I have taught grades 3, 4, and 5 over the past 17 years and I am looking forward to my fifth year as a technology integration specialist.
I currently reside in Tinley Park with my husband and three children. My husband, Kevin, has worked for the Village of Tinley Park as a Police Officer for 17 years. Our children, Cadence (13 years), Corah (11 years), and Cole (7 years) keep us on our toes!
